Refund Policy

General Returns

You have a 7 day return window for items purchased on our site, so long as:

  • The product is in its original, unworn, brand new condition.
  • The product is undamaged.
  • The product has not been worn or used.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible. 

Shipping Fee


Kindly note that as long as the correct product is shipped to you, you will be required to pay the shipping fee(s) if the order is rejected and delivery fails

Payment on Delivery Orders

Kindly note that when you reject a P.O.D order at the point of delivery and delivery fails, you are required to pay the associated delivery fee to the dispatch or credit the company account


For return items typically you will be offered an exchange, in the event that is not preferred you have the option of a refund. Exchange orders are processed immediately, while refunds take 5 – 7 working days to process after returns are received.

Kindly note that all returned items will need to be inspected prior to confirmation of an exchange or a refund.

It is a company policy for any refund(s) below N7,000 to be converted to store credit for future purchases, or be refunded only at the end of the month.

Cancelled Orders

A cancelled order is an order that has not been assigned a tracking number. A full refund action will be initiated for cancelled orders. If otherwise, you will be liable for the shipping fee should you cancel at the point after a tracking number has been issued.
